HX(*) 530-I Injection Molding Machines
Description
HX 530-I high precision injection machine is updated from traditional injection presses. It inherit advantageous features from HX series, such as energy saving, precise controlling, fast response and reliable performance. What is more, it is newly improved in repeatability, plasticizing speed, power consumption and machine noise. This horizontal plastic injection machinery is suitable for molding various plastic products, such as electric components, telecommunication device parts, home appliances, toys, car components, etc.
Features of HX 530-I High Precision Injection Machine
1. Power Saving: Compared with conventional injection molding machines, this new type can save energy by 30% to 50% under an ideal operation condition.
2. Stable: Due to servo motor close-loop control, repeatability is greatly improved.
3. High Speed: By using variable displacement pumps, its performance can be increased by 20%.
4. Oil Saving: It adopts filter device of high performance to extend using time of hydraulic oil.
