Swing-Arm Robot
Features
1. Swing-arm robot is available for plastic injection molding machine whose clamping force ranges from 50 T to 200 T. The dedicated plastic injection auxiliary equipments are involved in the whole module production.
2. It meets high accuracy standards required by computer numerical control system, making the whole body steady even when it is subjected to high speed movement. Besides, its manual control is accessible with multiple languages and supports extension input/output simultaneously, greatly enhancing the automation.
3. For the swing-arm robot, self-diagnostic system can constantly monitor input and output status, and can record the recent errors for maintainers’ reference.
4. Air pressure is automatically inspected, and if unsafe operations are conducted, the warning alarm will ring.
5. Double-arm type is optional and it can adopt EOAT (end of arm tooling) to take out plastic products.
6. Swing-arm robot is designed in conformity with CE standard as well as EUROMAP and SPI rules.
